A heavy-duty Liquids Revolution sprayer platform available with a 300- or 500-gallon tank and designed for either a tractor 3-point hitch or loader-mounted installation.

Built for professional anti-icing, de-icing, salt brine application, dust control, and other high-volume spraying work, this system can be adapted to suit the equipment, hydraulic system, spray width, and application requirements of each customer.

Choose the Tank Size

• 300 Gallon: A more compact option for smaller equipment, lower lift capacity, tighter sites, and applications where reduced liquid weight is important.
• 500 Gallon: Higher carrying capacity for larger equipment, longer routes, and fewer refills during high-volume application work.

Tractor or Loader Mount

Both tank sizes can be configured for either mounting style:

• 3-point hitch tractor mount: A compact, self-contained setup for tractors with the required lift capacity and hydraulic supply.
• Loader mount: A versatile option that allows the sprayer to be carried on a suitable loader using the appropriate attachment and hydraulic connections.

The loader-mounted configuration is particularly useful where operators want flexibility to install and remove the sprayer quickly or use equipment without a suitable 3-point hitch.

GPS Automated Controller

This sprayer can be equipped with the Liquids Revolution GPS Automated Controller for automatic rate adjustment as travel speed changes.

The controller is available in pressure-control or flow-control configurations and provides an in-cab local Wi-Fi interface for boom control, application setup, tank monitoring, calibration, saved profiles, and diagnostics.
