Return & Refund Policy – Liquids Revolution

Refunds and returns are offered only under the conditions outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


Liquids

Due to contamination risks, all liquid sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges after shipment/pickup.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos; we will arrange a replacement or credit.
  • Bulk deliveries: If the ordered volume cannot be fully delivered (e.g., tank capacity), the invoice will be adjusted to the actual volume delivered.

Application Services

Completed services are non-refundable.

  • If you have concerns about a service, notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and, if appropriate, reapply or correct the service.

Equipment

Warranty

All sprayers include a 1-year parts and labour warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and unauthorized modifications.

Returns

  • Standard (non-custom) equipment: Return within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories; a 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Custom-built equipment: Non-returnable. Warranty and service support still apply.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

How to Start a Return, Replacement, or Warranty Claim

  1. Email us at dion@liquidsrevolution.com with your order number, contact details, and a description of the issue (include photos for damage/defects).
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide next steps (including any RMA number and return instructions if applicable).
  3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and, if approved, process a replacement or store credit/refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used liquid products
  • Custom-built equipment
  • Items not in original condition (missing parts, damaged, or showing signs of use not due to our error)

Processing Times

  • Damage/incorrect item claims: typically reviewed within 3–5 business days of receiving complete information.
  • Returns: inspection is usually completed within 5 business days of receipt at our facility.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
