Shipping & Delivery Policy – Liquids Revolution

1. Overview

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle delivery of our products and services. By placing an order with Liquids Revolution, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Bulk Liquid Deliveries

  • Bulk liquids are delivered via our own trucks or contracted carriers.
  • We will schedule delivery in advance and require unobstructed access to your tank or storage facility.
  • If the ordered volume cannot be fully delivered (e.g., due to tank capacity), the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the actual volume delivered.
  • Delivery lead times may vary based on seasonal demand, weather conditions, and product availability.

3. Equipment Shipping

  • Stock equipment typically ships within 4–6 weeks of order confirmation, unless otherwise noted.
  • Custom builds have estimated delivery timelines provided at the time of order; these may vary due to parts availability and build complexity.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately; all prices are FOB at our location unless otherwise agreed.
  • Large equipment ships via freight; customers must ensure proper unloading capabilities at the delivery site.

4. Service Delivery

  • Application services (e.g., snow/ice management) are performed according to the schedule agreed at the time of booking.
  • Weather conditions, site access, and other operational factors may impact timing.

5. Delivery Areas

We primarily deliver within Ontario, Canada. For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us for availability and a custom quote.

6. Damage & Loss

  • All shipments are inspected before leaving our facility.
  • Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and note any damage with the carrier before signing.
  • Damage or shortage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where applicable.

7. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, supplier issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate promptly if delays occur.
