Terms of Service – Liquids Revolution

1. Overview

This website is operated by Liquids Revolution. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Liquids Revolution. By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our policies referenced herein and available by hyperlink (such as our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy).

2. General Conditions

  • You may not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes (e.g., HST in Ontario).

3. Payment Terms

Liquids

  • Approved customers: Net 30 days from delivery date.
  • All others: Payment in full before delivery.
  • For bulk liquid deliveries, if the ordered volume cannot be fully delivered (e.g., due to tank capacity), the invoice will be adjusted to reflect the actual volume delivered.

Application Services

  • Approved customers: Net 30 days from service date.
  • All others: Payment in full before service is performed.

Equipment

  • Custom Builds: 50% deposit due at time of order; remaining 50% due before delivery (prior to shipment if shipped).
  • Stock Equipment: 40% deposit due at time of order; remaining 60% due before delivery (prior to shipment if shipped).
  • All deposits are non-refundable once production or allocation of the product has begun.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by supply chain or seasonal conditions; we are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Warranties

Our Return & Refund Policy outlines full details on returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage.

  • All sprayers include a 1-year parts and labour warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, and unauthorized modifications.

6. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made through our store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party tools and service providers (such as Shopify, QuickBooks, couriers, and payment processors) to operate our business. Your use of these tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Liquids Revolution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the product or service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
