Convert Your Existing Salter into a Liquid-Enhanced Winter Maintenance System

The Liquids Revolution Salter Pre-Wet and Pre-Treat System adds controlled liquid application capabilities to compatible truck-mounted salt spreaders.

The system can be configured to pre-wet salt as it leaves the spreader, improving material activation and helping reduce bounce and scatter. Depending on the truck, salter and control configuration, the system can also support pre-treatment and direct liquid application operations.

• Truck or salter-mounted liquid storage tanks
• 12-volt pre-wet liquid pump
• Liquid filtration system
• Check valves and plumbing protection
• Pre-wet spray nozzles and nozzle fittings
• Liquid-rated hose, tees, elbows and connection hardware
• Electrical and plumbing installation
• System setup and functional testing

Pre-Wet Only
Liquid is applied directly to salt as it exits the spreader.

Pre-Wet and Pre-Treat
The system is configured to support pre-wetting as well as separate liquid application functions where the truck and control system allow.

Multi-Truck Fleet Installation
Standardized systems can be designed and installed across several similar salters to simplify operation, training, parts inventory and maintenance.

Installation and Lead Time

Installation scheduling begins after the equipment configuration is reviewed and the required deposit is received. Fleet installations may be completed in stages to limit disruption to winter preparation.
