Automated Pressure Controller with GPS
Liquids Revolution-designed GPS-enabled pressure controller for compatible liquid sprayer systems.
The Automated Pressure Controller with GPS was invented and developed in-house by Liquids Revolution for liquid sprayer systems that use pressure-based feedback to help manage sprayer output. This package includes GPS capability and uses a pressure transducer to monitor system pressure and support more consistent application control.
Invented for Liquid Application
This controller package was designed, developed, and field-tested by Liquids Revolution for liquid sprayer systems used in de-icing, anti-icing, dust control, and other liquid application work. It was built around real-world field operation, simple serviceability, and compatibility with common sprayer valve setups.
Control Method
This controller uses a pressure transducer as the feedback source. The system monitors pressure and can be configured to control sprayer output through either a PWM regulator valve or a standard control valve, depending on the sprayer build.
Compatible Valve Setups
- PWM regulator valve
- Standard control valve
Best Suited For
- Compatible liquid sprayer builds
- Pressure-based liquid application systems
- Operators wanting GPS-enabled automated control
- Sprayers where pressure feedback is preferred over flowmeter-based control
Pressure vs. Flow Controller
Both Liquids Revolution automated controller packages include GPS capability and can operate PWM regulator valves or standard valves. The difference is the feedback method: the Pressure Controller uses a pressure transducer, while the Flow Controller uses a flowmeter.
Note: This pressure-controller package is not limited to Signature Series sprayers. Final controller setup may vary depending on pump type, valve selection, plumbing layout, electrical setup, and the sprayer package selected. Liquids Revolution will confirm compatibility during the build process.
