Produce up to 8,300 litres of finished salt brine in approximately 40 minutes
The LR BM-8300 is a commercial, made-to-order brine production system designed for snow and ice contractors that need reliable in-house liquid production. The tandem-tank layout supports continuous mixing and transfer, while the dual-pump manifold provides the flow and control needed for efficient batch production.
The system can process either rock salt or salt fines and can be loaded using a skid steer or loader.
Standard system includes
- Approximately 4,920 L upper mixing tank
- Approximately 6,060 L lower processing tank
- Two 5 HP electric pumps
- 208/230 V single-phase electrical configuration
- Banjo ring-and-seal manifold and valving
- Integrated manifold filtration
- Flow meter
- Salt brine hydrometer
- Required professional delivery, installation and commissioning
- On-site operator training
- One-year limited warranty
Performance
- Production capacity: up to 8,300 L end-to-end in approximately 40 minutes

- Loading funnel — $3,767.98
- Liquids program audit — $5,981.48
- Additional tanks, plumbing and site-specific infrastructure quoted separately
Starting price: $59,983.60 CAD.
Every BM-8300 is built to order. Delivery, installation, commissioning and operator training are required so the system is assembled correctly, tested under operating conditions and handed over with a complete understanding of its operation. Final scope, site preparation, travel and delivery details are confirmed in the project estimate.
Specifications and production times are based on the configured system and normal operating conditions. Site conditions, salt quality, water supply and operator procedures can affect performance.
