Can I place an order without paying immediately?
Yes, approved commercial customers can select “Invoice Me (Net 30)” at checkout. Retail and first-time customers are required to prepay.

How do I qualify for Net 30 terms?

Can brokers place orders?
Yes. Brokers can order on behalf of clients and coordinate deliveries. Broker tools are being expanded — contact us for early access.

What’s the difference between X1 Concentrate and Premix?
X1 is a performance additive designed for users making their own brine. Premix products are pre-blended, ready-to-spray fluids with X1 already mixed in — available in 5%, 10%, or 15% strength.

Which blend should I start with?
Premix 5% is a great entry point — effective in most conditions, and easy to integrate into any operation.

Can I mix my own ratio of brine and additive?
Yes — if you’re producing your own brine, X1 can be blended from 2% to 25%. Our standard recommendation is 5–15% depending on conditions.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Ontario in 3 zones with minimum volume requirements:
✅ Zone 1 (Local): 11,000 L
✅ Zone 2 (Regional): 17,000 L
✅ Zone 3 (Extended): 25,000 L

Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes — you can request a preferred delivery date at checkout or contact us directly to coordinate.

Do you deliver packaged products?
Yes — we ship and locally deliver our 4L bottles, 20L pails, and 210L drums. Delivery fees may apply based on your location.
