Set System Pressure on the Regulator/Relief

Use the in-app calibration lookup to find the correct PSI for your speed and target GPA.

1) Find the target PSI in the app

  1. Open the Calibration Lookup in the app.
  2. Tap the filter icon and select Model:
    • Single-Pass 1.5 m – center bar spreads to full 1.5 m
    • 3-Zone 14 ft – center + wings, single regulator
  3. Select your GPA (e.g., 100) and Speed (km/h) (e.g., 9–12).
  4. Note the System PSI shown on that row. That’s the pressure you must hold while spraying.

2) Set tractor & sprayer to match field conditions

  1. PTO & Engine RPM: Start PTO. Set tractor RPM to the same engine speed you’ll use on route.
If unsure, use rated 540-PTO or the RPM you need to travel the selected speed in your highest safe gear.
  2. Open the section(s): Turn on the nozzles for the pattern you will run (center only, or center + wings).
  3. Adjust the regulator/relief: While spraying, turn the pressure knob slowly until the gauge reads the target PSI from the app.
Important: Gauge readings only count under flow. Pressure with sections off (dead-head/static) is meaningless for calibration. Always set PSI while liquid is spraying.

3) Verify with a quick catch test (recommended)

  1. With the system spraying at target PSI, catch one center nozzle for 60 seconds.
  2. Compare to the per-nozzle GPM shown in the app (approximate within ±10%).
  3. For 3-Zone: check one wing for 60 seconds. If wing flow is high/low, trim with PWM (if equipped) or a restrictor until wing flow ≈ target.

4) Go spray

  • Drive at the selected speed. Watch the gauge; small terrain/speed changes may need small PSI nudges.
  • If you change speed by a lot, re-select in the app and reset PSI.

Summary – What to Remember

  • Use the app to select Model → GPA → Speed, then note the System PSI.
  • Start PTO and set tractor RPM to your route RPM (or 540-PTO).
  • Open sections and spray, then adjust the regulator to the target PSI under flow.
  • Optional 60-sec catch test to confirm flow (center and wings for 3-zone).
  • Recheck PSI if speed changes; small speed changes need small PSI trims.
