In real winter work, the product, blend percentage, surface temperature, storm conditions, equipment setup, and operator decisions all affect the result. A fluid that works in one situation may not be the right choice in another.

Blend percentage matters

Blend percentage refers to the additive percentage in the finished fluid.

For customer-safe beginner guidance, 5% is treated as a minimum blend, while 15% is the rookie success blend. That does not mean every job uses the same blend. It means new liquid users should be thinking about success first, not chasing the cheapest possible starting point.
